From settling calmly on a mat to mastering polite greetings and games to encourage engagement, this class is perfect for pups and handlers alike! A perfect Starter course before moving on to more formal training. ⭐You Will Learn - How to help your puppy relax and settle, appropriate socialisation and greeting skills, how to help your puppy be confident and happy, how to read your puppies body language. Your Pup will Learn: 🌟 Confidence games exploring a variety of noises, terrains and obstacles - giving your puppy the opportunity to explore new sounds/smells, to climb on new things, and sniff out goodies in a controlled environment is a fantastic way to develop confidence and build positive associations with novel items. 🌟 Games to encourage focus and engagement with you - Giving your puppy the skills to be able focus on you around distractions, and showing them how exciting you can be is the best start you can give your pup. 🌟 Learning to settle calmly on a mat and relax in any environment - Helping your puppy feel safe and able to relax, even in a busy environment, is an important skill, and one that means they will be able to come with you on all your adventures, without any stress or anxiety (for both of you!) 🌟 Good Puppy Manners. Greeting calmly, and learning that other dogs aren't any of our business! - Perhaps the most important skill you can teach your puppy, take the pressure off by letting them know they do not have to say hello to every dog they meet. Teaching your puppy to hang with you, and be calm around other dogs. 🌟 Basic Lead Skills - We will get you started with all the skills you need for a long happy life of relaxed walks without sore arms. **Can be booked in conjunction with the Core Skills and Puppy Parkour Classes - 20% discount available if both courses are booked together**
